European Youth Parliament: Training Days 2026

The EYP AT Training Days are a National Training Event for Members of EYP. The Program aims to aid in developing the personal as well as professional skills of the participants. Through workshops and knowledge sharing, participants will be equipped with the skills to thrive in EYP. It is especially important for us to also facilitate interregional exchange, as well as to connect participants within the organisation. The participants should be able to use the competences learned during the EYP AT Training Days directly in their EYP activities and they should aid them in inhabiting their positions in EYP responsibly.

Meals will be provided; however, accommodation must be arranged independently.

About the Training

The Training Days are a two-day event designed to introduce the newest generation of EYP participants—typically delegates from a recent session—to the work of EYP Austria and the wider international EYP network. They offer participants the opportunity to explore the many paths their EYP journey can take and discover how they can continue to grow and get involved within the organisation.

This year, EYP is also opening the event to newcomers, offering young people who are new to EYP an insight into youth engagement at the European level. Beyond sessions and EYP-specific topics, the programme features a range of practical workshops and transferable skills that participants can apply in their everyday lives, from broadening their understanding of the European Union to learning how to write effective applications.
